We have recently undertaken a comprehensive review of the Prescribing Resources section of the website and have updated documents where necessary. Details of the main changes are summarised below.
All the Treatment Selectors and interaction summary tables have been extensively revised and now include lenacapavir.

A comment about the effect of gastric surgery on non-oral ARVs (including albuvirtide and lenacapavir) has been added to the ARV and Gastric Surgery document.
The Swallowing document has been updated to include albuvirtide, fostemsavir and lenacapavir. Old ARVs (ddI, d4T, FPV, IDV, TPV) have been removed.
The Food Requirements document has been updated to include cabotegravir, fostemsavir and lenacapavir and old ARVs have been removed.
Lenacapavir and fostemsavir have been added to the Hormone Therapy for Gender Affirmation document and to the Chemsex interaction document, with old ARVs also being removed.
Dosing of ARVs for Patients with Renal Impairment has been updated to include albuvirtide, fostemsavir and lenacapavir and the old ARVs have been removed.
"Interactions following oral and IM administration" has been replaced by Interactions following oral, IM and SC administration and has been updated to include lenacapavir.
The tables in the Interactions with Herbals and Minerals document have been updated to include lenacapavir.
New PK fact sheets have been added for lenacapavir and albuvirtide.
